I have been employed with Raeford Eye Staff for 13 years. The best part of my job is watching patient reactions when they put on new glasses and are able to see clearly again. Our lens options are endless. We accommodate everyone from children on up. There are so many choices in both frame and lens designs and our goal is to assure you get the best possible fit and vision. Your eyeglasses will be adjusted comfortably and correctly at the time we dispense them and we are happy to make subsequent adjustments if they are needed at no charge to you.
I have been serving my community in Raeford for many years. Being a part of Raeford Eye Staff for about 1 year has been a well rounded experience while working with patient care. My position here is an Optometric Technician. As for my daily routine I screen and prep patients for their exams. It’s one of my jobs to make sure that you’re comfortable being here and you feel welcomed.
I have been a part of Raeford Eye Staff since 2002. Patient care is very important to me as well as a passion in the eye care industry. Not only are they patients they all become friends as well as heartfelt family. Greeting patients with a smile and assisting with the front desk duties are one the many requirements of my position here. The insurance world has also changed dramatically and verifying your coverage is another of my responsibilities. As the Billing Manager, I manage all the patient care accounts. I’m experienced with most vision and major medical insurance companies and plans. I will assist you in any way possible to make sure you get the best use of your insurance coverage.
Optometry has been an important part of my life for close to 30 years. I have seen some awesome changes in eye care and am looking forward to what the future holds. Registered Optometric Technician 1988 and obtained my License as an Optician in 1990. As an Optometric Technician, I am not limited to just one area of the office when it comes to patient care. I handle numerous and diverse tasks to ensure the best healthcare. Working as a Licensed Optician, it is to maintain the knowledge of the ever changing Optical field. Many years of patient care interaction brings such joy to me.
I have been a part of Raeford Eye Staff for 6 years. I perform front desk duties. I am the Referral coordinator and office floater. My patients quote for me “You never know where you will see me”. Under the Optician Apprentice certificate program I have the goal of becoming a Licensed Optician. I enjoy the patient interaction that plays a part of my everyday job description.
